Inglewood Cottage

New for 2010, we are delighted to offer a 4 star, stunning 2 bedroom self catering cottage (gas central heating) located inside the Lake District National Park in the village of Gosforth. Gateway to the unspoilt Wasdale Valley "Britains favourite view", leading to the stunning mountains of Sca Fell, Great Gable and Pillar

Fully refurbished in 2010, Inglewood Cottage is the perfect home away from home. Sleeping accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms.  One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds, (A single fold out bed is also available on request). Each room has a built in wardrobe, dressing table/stool and a flat screen television with freeview channels. The bathroom has also been completely refurbished to providing a walk -in shower (note: no bath). Please note also : towels are provided.

For families with small children, please note that we can provide a cot and highchair if required. Please advise us in advance.

Downstairs the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with gas cooker, fridge and small freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine and dryer. All cutlery and crockery provided.

The living room has a gas fire, television, DVD player and freeview channels.

Tariff: £350 per week ( April-October) £250 per week (November-March)- Inglewood Cottage is available from Friday to Friday, Can guests please ensure they vacate by midday at the latest in order to allow us the opportunity to turn the cottage around for new guests to arrive from 3pm onwards. (Inglewood Cottage is a strictly non smoking property and unfortunately we do not allow pets to stay in the cottage. 

PLEASE NOTE: Inglewood Cottage does NOT have credit card facilities and therefore payment must be made in advance either by postal order or cheque thank you.

Unfortunately due to a spate of late cancellations, we have had to introduce the following cancellation policy. Cancellations within 2 months of the booking date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the weekly rate. Cancellations within 1 month of the booking date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the weekly rate. (This however will not apply if we are able to rebook the week).
